Salehook products are made with care in our in-house units in India. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or whatsapp message from our courier partner.

Order Return and replacement or Refund

Returns and replacements are accepted only for damaged products.

• An open box video is mandatory at the time of delivery.
  
• Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
  
• Products without an open box video will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  

Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at the earliest.
